  • 2nd Shift Production Night Crew

    • The Night Production Crew has the responsibility of packaging various powders, liquids, capsules and tablets, and occasionally assisting the Night Sanitation department. Individuals who are working in this position must be safety conscious, be able to stand for long periods of time, have the ability to work with or without supervision, be capable of troubleshooting and adjusting various production machines, have a solid understanding of weights & measurements and basic mathematics. The second shift consists of only three departments; Night Capping, Night Production Crew and Night Sanitation. The primary responsibility of the Night Production Crew is to continue production operations of the first shift. The individual in this position is required to be a versatile employee, capable of performing tasks and duties in several different departments, and must also have an attention to detail when documenting and recording required paperwork.
    • The Night Production Crew uses various tools and equipment needed to perform their duties. This includes the use of scoops, sifters and digital scales, pallet jacks and other various items. The Night Production Crew Lead is responsible for the accountability, preventive maintenance, and sanitation of all such equipment, after use. Personal protective equipment, such as back braces, earplugs and respirators, are not mandatory, but will be provided upon request.
    • As soon as a work order is completed in this department, the Night Production Crew must have the knowledge and training to participate in cleaning and sanitation procedures. Sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination is one of the top priorities of All American Pharmaceutical. At any time that the Night Production Crew does not have any work orders, the Night Production Lead is to report to management so that they may assist another department.
    • The immediate supervisor of the Night Production Lead is the Production Manager. In the event that the Lead is transferred to another department, that employee must follow the rules and orders set by the Lead of the department they were transferred to. If the Production Manager is not present that day, the Lead must contact the General Manager for further instructions.

  • Auto-Powder Packaging Line

    The Auto-Powder Line department has the responsibility of packaging powders into various bottles and boxes. The Auto-Powder Line is an automated assembly line with several machines performing a specific function. Some of these functions in this line include capsule dispensing, lid fastening and labeling. Individuals who are working in this position must be safety conscious, be able to stand for long periods of time, be capable of troubleshooting, adjusting and performing preventive maintenance on various packaging machines.

    The Auto-Powder Line department uses various tools and equipment needed to perform their duties. This includes walk-behind lift systems, pallet jacks and tools for machinery maintenance and adjustments. Some computer use is also required to “post” orders into the system when completing an order. Personal protective equipment, such as back braces, earplugs and respirators, are not mandatory, but will be provided upon request.

    As soon as a work order is completed in this department, the employee must have the knowledge and training to perform cleaning and sanitation procedures. Sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination is one of the top priorities of All American Pharmaceutical. At any time that the Auto-Powder Line does not have any work orders, they are to report to management so that they may be transferred to assist another department.

    The Weigh-Out department has the responsibility of receiving raw materials and work orders from the Approved Goods Warehouse to measure precise amounts to be mixed in the Blending department.

    The Weigh-Out department uses various tools and equipment needed to perform their duties. This includes the use of floor scales, digital table scales, triple beam scales, scoops and sifters. Some computer use is also required to “post” orders into the system when completing an order. Individuals who are working in this department must be detail oriented, have a solid understanding of manual and digital scale use, and have the ability to convert various units of measure.

    As soon as a work order is completed in this department, the employee must have the knowledge and training to perform cleaning and sanitation procedures. Sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination is one of the top priorities of All American Pharmaceutical. At any time that the Weigh-Out department does not have any work orders, they are to report to management so they may be transferred to assist another department.

    The immediate supervisor of the employee is the department “Lead.” In the event that an employee is transferred to another department, that employee must follow the rules and orders set by the Lead of the department they were transferred to. Individuals who are working in this position must be safety conscious, be able to stand for long periods of time, have the ability to work without supervision, be capable of troubleshooting the encapsulation machine and have a solid understanding of weights & measurements and basic mathematics. The individual in this position must also have an attention to detail when documenting and recording required paperwork.

    The Capping department uses various tools and equipment needed to perform their duties. This includes the use of scoops, sifters and digital scales. Personal protective equipment, such as back braces, earplugs and respirators, are not mandatory, but will be provided upon request.

    The Liquids department uses various tools and equipment needed to perform their duties. This includes the use of floor scales, pallet-jacks, electronic scales, and measuring equipment. Some computer use is also required to “post” orders into the system when completing an order. Individuals who are working in this department must be safety conscious, have a solid understanding of manual and electronic scale use, and be aware and detailed in the loading and unloading of mixers.

    As soon as a work order is completed in this department, the employee must have the knowledge and training to perform cleaning and sanitation procedures. Sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination is one of the top priorities of All American Pharmaceutical. At any time that the Blending department does not have any work orders, they are to report to management so that they may be transferred to assist another department.
